“Oisin provided an invaluable experience to the Ulster University Hurling team. Combining his on-field coaching with group and one to one mentorship, OMAC established a safe space where student-athletes were able to thrive. With a specific focus on target setting and how an individual’s mindset can lead to a successful journey, the squad grew as individuals and as a team; leading to the Championship final. One key aspect of OMAC delivery was facilitating resilience and the ability to deal with setbacks; this enabled players to refocus through task orientated goals to help get them on to the right pathway.
