What We Offer

OMAC Performance offer support packages across three main areas, Psychological Performance, Skills Coaching and Trained Therapy.

Psychological Performance

Psychological Performance support at OMAC consists of three options:

  1. Zeus (Individual)
  2. Olympians (Team)
  3. Prometheus (Workshops)

Zeus:

What is Zeus?

Zeus is the individual 1-1 support programme delivered by OMAC. The programme is named after the god Zeus from Greek Mythology. Zeus was the King of the gods and was seen as all powerful and controlling. This encapsulates the idea of this programme, to allow you to be in full control of yourself and develop a powerful mindset that can help you achieve your goals in sport, business, education, and/or life in general.

Is Zeus for me?

The Zeus programme is for ambitious and driven individuals who want to gain that extra advantage in their chosen field, be that sport, education or business. As this is an individual programme, the structure of the programme is determined by the client and is available over the course of several sessions or over a period of time such as a playing season or school year for example. Zeus is a holistic programme and covers areas across psychological performance, physical performance and mental health support where required. If there is an issue highlighted that we can’t deal with, OMAC will support the setup and engagement of outside organisations who can provide appropriate and necessary support.

How is Zeus delivered?

As mentioned above, the structure and delivery of Zeus is guided by the individual themselves. The programme begins with an initial consultation meeting/phone call. This will take the form of a SWOT analysis. From this, the main areas we will be focusing on are highlighted and a timetable will be developed in a way that works best for the individual but also maximises their time and covers all the necessary support sessions that are required. With Zeus, the individual will have daily contact available with OMAC through phone, message, or social media platforms.

Olympians:

What is Olympians?

Olympians is a programme designed by OMAC based on the needs of a whole group/team. In Greek mythology, the 12 gods resided atop Mount Olympus and so were known collectively as the Olympians. The idea behind using the term Olympians for the OMAC team programme is because, like the Greek gods, every team/group has individuals who are very talented, all have their own strengths and can operate successfully as an individual but need to be combined with others to become a team/group that performs at a high level.

Can my team avail of Olympians?

Both small groups and teams can avail of the Olympians programme. The programme is offered to sporting teams of all levels from underage to national/international level, along with corporate and school staff teams. Olympians is an extended programme that allows OMAC to work with your small group/team over a series of sessions or over the course of a season/year.

How is Olympians delivered?

Delivery of the Olympians programme is specifically tailored to your team. All members of the team will receive a short questionnaire which allows us to analyse the needs of the individuals and the team as a whole and structure our support programme appropriately. This support includes full group sessions with all team members, individual 1-1 sessions with team members and support for group leaders/management. Options include in person sessions delivered on or off the pitch, in or out of the business/school setting, or online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Prometheus:

What is Prometheus?

Prometheus is the workshops programme available from OMAC. This programme is named after the Titan Prometheus from Greek Mythology, who helped create Man and stole fire from the gods to give to humanity which further developed civilisation. His name means ‘foresight’ and is also associated with the word ‘manthano’ which means ‘to learn/to be increased in knowledge’.

Can I and/or my team avail of Prometheus?

The Prometheus programme is open to individuals, small groups, or larger teams of all levels, sports, schools, or businesses. Prometheus is a one-off workshop package. If you would prefer several sessions for yourself or your team, please look at the Zeus and Olympians programmes.

What topics are covered in Prometheus?

Trained Therapy

Trained Therapy support at OMAC Performance focuses around supporting individuals through hypnotherapy and psychotherapy. As a qualified hypnotherapist, safe and effective support programmes can be delivered through hypnotherapy around a variety of issues such as anxiety, confidence, self-esteem, weight management, smoking cessation and more.

Opportunities to receive counselling support will be available on completion of training, approximately September 2025.

Therapy sessions can be delivered online but in person sessions are desired and much more effective and safer. These can be delivered at the individual’s home or other safe space which will be discussed during consultation.

All therapy is under the ethical guidelines of the National Hypnotherapy Society which can accessed below.
